Bhutan Aries crafted a memorable itinerary for my solo trip to Bhutan. Dev was very easy to communicate with beforehand and made key recommendations for my seven day venture. They made sure all the logistics were taken care of throughout the trip so I could fully immerse myself in enjoying the sites, hikes, and meals each day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Dev as well as my guide, Karma. I really appreciate Karma’s depth of knowledge and enthusiasm to share about the rich history of the country. They set up wonderful accommodations in Thimpu in particular! Together, we ventured through Thimpu, the Phobjika Valley, and of course the hike to the Tigers Nest among the highlights. While Bhutan is visually stunning, it was time spent with Karma and Dev that made the trip extra special- their humor, easy going, flexible, and genuine nature provided me with an authentic Bhutanese cross-cultural connection. By the end of the trip, we felt like we were old friends and it was hard to say goodbye! If you are looking for a fantastic trip to Bhutan, I highly recommend Bhutan Aries.
